Learn how to restore a natural breath and how to use the breath to relieve anxiety. Anthony will teach 4 pranayamas:
Show how pranayama opens the door to meditation.
For teachers we will develop a sequence from recicling to sitting pranayama. Students and teachers will be able to safetly and confidently begin or refine a home practice.
