I’m Gina, a former professional Ballet and Jazz dancer, certified by the Royal Academy of London as a ballet teacher. Pilates, which was part of my training as a dancer, later became my way of life. I am internationally certified by Balanced Body and have over 20 years of teaching experience and 40 years of practice.

Joseph Pilates created this method, originally called Contrology. Its foundation lies in strengthening the core—the abdominals and lower back—while engaging the whole body and focusing on breath. Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed my clients’ physical and emotional transformations. For me, Pilates is a tool for total well-being: strength, flexibility, posture, and emotional balance.

Los Pilates, parte esencial de mi entrenamiento como bailarina, se convirtieron en mi modo de vida. Estoy certificada internacionalmente por Balanced Body y cuento con 20 años de experiencia como instructora y 40 como practicante.

Joseph Pilates creó este método, originalmente llamado Contrología. Su base es fortalecer el core —abdomen y espalda baja—, involucrando todo el cuerpo y la respiración. A lo largo de mi trayectoria, he visto cómo mis alumnos mejoran física y emocionalmente. Para mí, Pilates es una herramienta de bienestar integral: fuerza, flexibilidad, postura y equilibrio mental.
