An entire class will be based on balance! Get your block, wall or chair. Balancing is great for your brain! and overall health.
Soft Intermediate Vinyasa class ideal for all levels. For students that want to do the jump to more advanced breathing techniques and postures and Pranayama!
A short all-levels class with special focus in Standing postures! Also don’t miss Pistache!!! Marilyn’s Chihuahua puppy sneaking into class and giving us a big laugh!!!
